1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Certain items, such as final sale items, gift cards, and perishable goods, are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Return Process

- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
- If the product is returned damaged or not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued.
4. Exchanges
